Rent the Cultural Center
That’s right, you can rent our space!
The Cultural Center is available for rental for activities that relate to arts and culture!
meetings of individuals and groups
presentations, lectures, performances, workshops, and classes
exhibitions, markets, and fairs
networking, socializing, celebrations, and other gatherings
In situations of competing rental requests, priority will be given to practicing creatives and nonprofit organizations.

The main room is 1,000 square feet with more than 60 feet of exhibit space on the walls. An adjacent room is also available and can be used as a work space, food prep area, or to store supplies during your rental.
There are two unisex bathrooms and a small kitchen area with a sink. Wifi access is available onsite.
The renter will have access to the on-site tables and chairs; round tables, stacking chairs, and two (2) 6-foot, rectangle tables. The renter is responsible for any other required equipment including, but not limited to, projector, screen, PA system, podium, etc.
The renter is responsible for setting up the space and then returning the space back to the original condition, with all trash removed.

$100 per half-day (4 hours or less)
$200 for full day (5 to 8 hours)
*If booking 4 events at one time, there is a 50% discount.
Events must be booked at least one week in advance with a signed rental agreement and payment. Cash, check, and credit cards are accepted.
Events cancelled with at least one week notice will be funded 100%. For shorter notice cancellations, $50 will be retained from the refund.

Use:
Use of the facility is subject to availability and approval by the mayor’s office. The facility will only be used for cultural events and may not be used for religious or political purposes.
Sound:
Music is allowed but must be acoustic and at a volume that does not disturb the neighbors.
Parking:
Users of the space may not park in the Carriage Lofts parking lot unless using the accessible parking spaces. All others will park on the street or the city lots.
Parking is available at the municipal lot between Barking Dog and Morning Buzz Café. Then cross the bridge over the PowWow and head straight to the Center.
